Vivitra 150 mg Injection contains Trastuzumab, a biosimilar monoclonal antibody used to treat certain HER2-positive cancers, including breast cancer and gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. It works by targeting HER2 receptors on cancer cells, blocking growth signals and helping the immune system recognize and destroy targeted cancer cells. How It Works
Trastuzumab is a HER2-targeted biologic medicine used when cancer cells overexpress the HER2 protein. Increased HER2 activity can promote the growth and survival of certain cancer cells.
