Product Information
How It Works
Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor used to suppress specific immune responses following organ transplantation. The body's immune system may recognize a transplanted organ as foreign and attempt to attack it, which can lead to organ rejection.
Advagraf helps reduce this immune response and lower the risk of transplant rejection. Its prolonged-release formulation is designed to provide sustained Tacrolimus exposure with once-daily administration. Regular monitoring of Tacrolimus blood levels, kidney function, blood pressure, and other laboratory parameters may be required during treatment.
