Dosage & How to Use
- ✦ Take Keygraf exactly as prescribed by your transplant specialist.
- ✦ Swallow the capsule whole with water without crushing or opening.
- ✦ Take doses consistently in relation to meals as directed.
- ✦ Tacrolimus blood levels may guide dosage adjustments during treatment.
- ✦ Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice unless your doctor advises otherwise.
