How It Works

Pangraf helps suppress this immune response and reduces the risk of transplant rejection. Because Tacrolimus has a narrow therapeutic range, regular monitoring of blood levels is important. Dosage & How to Use
- ✦ Take Pangraf exactly as prescribed by your transplant specialist.
- ✦ Swallow the capsule whole with water without crushing or opening.
- ✦ Take doses consistently in relation to meals as directed.
- ✦ Blood tacrolimus levels may guide dosage adjustments during treatment.
- ✦ Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice unless your doctor advises otherwise.
- ✦ Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice.
