How It Works
Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor used to reduce immune system activity following organ transplantation. After receiving a transplant, the immune system may recognize the new organ as foreign and attempt to attack it.
Pangraf helps suppress this immune response and reduces the risk of transplant rejection. Because Tacrolimus has a narrow therapeutic range, its blood levels require regular monitoring to maintain appropriate treatment. Kidney function, blood pressure, blood sugar, and other laboratory parameters may also be monitored.

Dosage & How to Use
- ✦ Take Pangraf exactly as prescribed by your transplant specialist.
- ✦ Swallow the capsule whole with water without crushing or opening.
- ✦ Take doses consistently in relation to meals as directed.
- ✦ Blood tacrolimus levels may guide dosage adjustments during treatment.
- ✦ Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice unless your doctor advises otherwise.
- ✦ Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice.
Side Effects
