Product Information

How It Works

Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor used to reduce immune system activity following organ transplantation. After transplantation, the immune system may recognize the new organ as foreign and mount an immune response against it.
Pangraf helps suppress this response and lowers the risk of transplant rejection. Tacrolimus requires careful dose adjustment because its blood concentration needs to remain within a specific therapeutic range. Regular monitoring of tacrolimus levels, kidney function, blood pressure, and other laboratory parameters may be required during treatment.

Dosage & How to Use

  • Take Pangraf exactly as prescribed by your transplant specialist.
  • Swallow the capsule whole with water without crushing or opening.
  • Take doses consistently in relation to meals as directed.
  • Blood tacrolimus levels may guide dosage adjustments during treatment.
