How It Works
Semaglutide is a long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics the activity of the naturally occurring GLP-1 hormone. It helps regulate blood glucose by increasing insulin release when blood sugar levels are elevated and reducing glucagon secretion.

Dosage & How to Use
- ✦ Ozempic 0.25 mg is administered as a subcutaneous injection once weekly.
- ✦ Inject into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm as directed.
- ✦ Use it on the same day each week whenever possible.
- ✦ It may be administered with or without meals.
- ✦ The dose is generally increased gradually according to medical advice.
