Dosage & How to Use
- ✦ Take Keygraf 2 mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your transplant specialist.
- ✦ Swallow the capsule whole with water without crushing or opening it.
- ✦ Take it consistently in relation to meals as directed by your doctor.
- ✦ Blood tacrolimus levels may be monitored to guide dosage adjustments.
- ✦ Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
